When a Host or Customer remain in a location or zone beyond the check-in sample interval specified in Apps Management
Good to know: You can expand your online customer data set and improve your customer behavioral modeling by incorporating Parousya's in-person behavior analytics
When a customer enters the range of a beacon, a session is automatically created between the host and the customer. This allows the host to engage with the customer in real-time, offering personalized and relevant content or experiences.
Session data is available in the Sessions Details section of the Parousya Customer Account and can be exported for further analysis. This includes:
host and customer username
Beacon location label
session start time, GPS coordinates and physical address
session end time, GPS coordinates and physical address
