2. Add Parousya in Your App

To begin go to the Adalo Marketplace and search for Parousya. Select and add the Parousya components to your Adalo account.

Before you add the Parousya Components into your Adalo app, consider the in-person digital experiences you aim to create for your users, the app workflows related to Parousya in-person actions (such as check-in events), and the data that needs to be displayed and stored in your collections.

Parousya technology can be used in your app to automatically check in and check out app users from a physical location (called a Zone) which is equipped with a Bluetooth beacon. For multi-sided app use cases, Parousya can connect a host app and a customer app to create a Session. Your app can then use the Parousya Stripe integration to facilitate Apple Pay or Google Pay payments between the host and customer.

The Parousya components collection include:

  1. Parousya Connected Commerce: is the foundation component and includes:

    • Stripe Payments (optional): any app maker can add payments to their Adalo app once the app maker connects their Standard Stripe Account to the Parousya Adalo component.

    • Adalo Actions from Parousya Events: the Parousya component will create events such as check-ins, check-outs and host-customer sessions which can be used by the Adalo maker to create Adalo actions

    • Access Parousya Component Data: are available in Adalo's Magic Text and will help the Adalo maker enhance the app user experience

  2. Additional Parousya Adalo Components: will help the Adalo maker apply the full Parousya feature set across all your Adalo app screens

    1. Parousya user sign-out: required to be used to effectively sign-out an app user from the Parousya back-end systems.

    2. Apple Pay & Google Pay Button: can be applied to any app screen to allow app users to pay for digital or physical goods or services.

Good to know: Stripe payments requires the installation of the Parousya Component.
